Lovely staff and location

Hospitality and friendliness is much appreciated after a long road trip sightseeing on the Scotland coast. Bar and restaurant are great addition. Walking distance to the local pubs. Highly recommend

Could not have been better

We had a family night at the Banff Springs Hotel, and it was just fab. All Staff were super lovely and our requests to decorate our Sisters room and our dining table for her big birthday was done with no issue. It was also very reasonably priced for a hotel which was lovely as we then chose to drink there following our meal for that reason. A huge special Thank you to all at the Banff Springs . We will all recommend Banff Springs for sure.

Can’t recommend Sarah and the team at Banff Springs enough! We have just booked our 2026 wedding and the service we have received is second to none. Sarah is absolutely amazing and has made booking our wedding even more exciting with all her experience and knowledge. We can’t thank her enough for all she’s done and we are so excited for our wedding at the beautiful Banff Springs.

The Banff Springs Hotel and its events manager Sarah Sinclair have been named as finalists in two prestigious wedding industry awards. The hotel has been nominated in the venue of the year category and Sarah is a finalist in coordinator of the year in The Top Tier Awards. They are also finalists in the same categories in the Scottish Wedding Awards. Only brides and grooms who married in the north of Scotland throughout 2023 are qualified to vote.

Perfect wedding venue!

Banff Springs is beautiful, we fell in love when we went to visit Sarah back in December 2021 for a tour and knew straight away this was the place for us! Sarah went above and beyond along with her whole team, nothing was to big an ask and they were there for us every single step of the way! She is amazing at what she does and is such a genuinely lovely person - we have a lot of love for her and appreciate her making our wedding day perfect! Oh and the food - OMG the food was to die for!!
