Great location with access to the beach
Excellent hotel with top notch service! All the staff are super friendly and professional. Great location with access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Bali Kuta and will definitely be back! Special thanks to Monica and all the amazing staff you made our stay extra special!

Service was fantastic
Now we know why it was rated best hotel for 2019. Rooms were amazing with a stunning ocean view. Service was fantastic, managers coming to talk to us and even treating us with free stuff. Located on top of one of the busiest shopping centre and a few steps away from shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this resort for all your family needs

Ohh the food was delicious
I went there because there was a wedding party, the place and atmosphere were cool, it could accommodate 100 people, you could enjoy the sunset, it was fun, we really enjoyed the event that night, ohh the food was delicious, especially the cakes ohhh Mama Mia were delicious

The service was excellent.
Thank you for all the staff of Sheraton Bali Kuta for making our 1 week stay (8D7N) stay a very memorable one. From reception, housekeeping, F&B, security - the service was excellent. The difference is the warm service by each of the staff. The housekeeping team surprises us each night when we come home with snacks, towel art, cards and even prepared a very special handcrafted decor to greet us on our wedding anniversary. We also recommend to go for their Seafood Martini Friday for a laidback...

We had an amazing & unforgettable experience
We booked the Sheraton for an intimate rooftop wedding ceremony and reception dinner, and for the accommodation of all our wedding guests for 8 nights. Overall we had an amazing and unforgettable experience. We chose the location because it was right next to the shopping mall with lots of restaurant and bar choices, and just across the road from the beach. We also chose the hotel because it was baby / kid friendly and our group had two babies, a 2 year old toddler and two 6-8 year old kids.[...]
