Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka, an IHG Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka during my visit to Indonesia, and I must say it was a delightful experience. After an exhausting 8-hour journey, the comfort of a good bed is all one can ask for, and Holiday Inn Cikarang exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows were simply amazing, providing me with the best sleep I've had in a long time. The breakfast offerings were equally impressive, featuring a lavish variety of Indonesian delicacies...

Overall, it was a great experience. Right from my airport pickup, check in until the check out, all the employees served me well. I am really happy with the room, food at the restaurant, laundry service and the gym. Special thanks to the driver who took me to Ashoka restro. They did not accept my credit card after my meal. I have requested the driver, and he brought local currency for me. Later, I re paid.

Willing to help and very nice friendly staff. Clean room and modern decoration. My room is next to the street so it’s quite loud at night but quiet after midnight.

I spent one business week in the hotel and experience was above my expectation. Room very comfortable and clean, very nice service staff (many thanks to David at reception for his support). Sure I will recommend it to my colleagues. Many thanks to all staff.
