everything is really cozy

We were here for one night on Dec 31st and had a fantastic experience. The hotel organized a nice champagne toast and buffet dinner. You really feel like you’re in another world at this hotel and everything is really cozy. Next time I would bring some warm pajamas to stay here, as the room is a little chilly at night. Lily is an amazing host. Unfortunately the volcano was cloudy and we couldn’t see it, so we’ll have to come back. Be careful on the shower mat - really slippery on the floor...

This place is quaint and charming!

This place is quaint and charming! We stayed at room no. 6 right by the main building. My favorite part was the rustic fireplace. It was so romantic! There was wood at our disposal. They definitely paid attention to details, like the coffee and tea bar in the room, and the plants placed throughout the room added a special touch too. We really enjoyed brewing fresh coffee in the morning. This was by far the best coffee I had in my life (and I grew up drinking coffee in Brazil)...
